EXTREME will use an express shipping (DHL / FEDEX / TNT / ARAMEX / EMS depending on the availability and coverage) to ship your order when the express shipping option is checked.
Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 3-7 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with.
Because customs fees vary by country, we do not collect duties during checkout. If duties are due, your customs agency will let you know when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to your country.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither EXTREME, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to creator.extreme.watch within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
We could all use some extra time. If your new, unworn item is not 100% to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the original ship date to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange. And the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned product and verification if the product is in the original condition, We will process the return within 3 working days (72hrs).
The international warranty applies to EXTREME device that will be sold in any country or that will be passed on to an authorized EXTEME watch service center.This EXTREME device has been produced under strict quality standards with the highest technical care. Should it have any defects please hand over this EXTREME device to an authorized EXTREME watch agent. only these agents are authorized to repair your EXTREME device according to this international warranty. we issue this product fo two years from the date of purchase. after the expiration of this period, the cost of repair will be billed, warranty will not only be accessed by presenting the original invoice.
Barred from this international guarantee:
Failings or disadvantages as a result of lose, theft or fire, as well as fallings or damages caused intentionally through manipulation, carelessness or accident. Furthermore, failings of damage are excluded from this warranty, that are caused by importer usage(hit, impact,destruction,etc) as well as effects of normal were out and aging. Also barre from this international guarantee are the EXTREME watches with removed serial numbers. Only authorized EXTREME service place are allowed to make a repair of EXTRME device, otherwise any warranty claim will be extinguished.
